The Cleo opens a scientific platform blogsFor a participatory science! The Center for electronic publishing open (Cleo) provides Internet Hypothèses.org a platform hosting blogs powered by researchers in the humanities and social sciences. The Cleo, which publishes the journal portal Social Sciences and Humanities, Revues .org, is supported by the National Center for Scientific Research (CNRS), the Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Socials, the University of Province and that of Avignon. The initiative, still in testing, aims to enable researchers to check with the public, the assumptions on which they work and which could be published. There are at the moment the blog Vertigo, an electronic journal Canadian environmental sciences, that of Contexts, a journal of sociology of literature, the blog of the cave Fraud on an archaeological site or the blog magazine Criminocorpus on the history of justice, crimes and penalties. A similar project, but more general, exists under the name coffee sciences.
