Linux mobile 11 new members and 7 new terminalsIn a context where several development projects for mobile platforms Linux co exist with Android Google, ALP of Access, JUIX Motorola projects in addition to Palm, the LiMo Foundation seeks to differentiate itself to aggregate manufacturers, equipment manufacturers and network operators. (virtualization real-time) and ZTE Corporation (China and the first manufacturer of mobile phones in China). At the same time they are 7 new mobile phones - Motorola, NEC and Panasonic - are placed on the market and exploit the platform LiMo: MOTOZINE ZN5 Motorola; FOMA N906i, N906imu FOMA, and FOMA N906iL FOMA N706i of NEC, and FOMA P906i and FOMA P706imu Panasonic Mobile Communications. They are a total of 21 mobile LiMo which are currently available around the world. It remains to be seen whether the mobile platform of the foundation will eventually be also used on mobile and high-end smart phones after being democratized on terminals of entry and mid-range.
