While Tom-Tom has finalized the acquisition of Dutch cartographer Tele Atlas - now with 99.29% of its shares - is a new commercial partnership of five years with Google to exploit its digital maps on fixed and mobile was signed. The contract between Tele Atlas and Google will allow the giant seeking access maps and dynamic content partners (including points of interest) from nearly 200 countries throughout the world.
